1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Linksii ("the Service"), operated by Linksii ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Linksii is an AI brand monitoring platform that tracks brand visibility across AI search platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity. The Service provides analytics, reports, and insights based on how AI platforms reference your brand in their responses.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address or sign in via Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

The Service offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually. By subscribing, you agree to:

Pay the applicable fees for your chosen plan as displayed at the time of purchase
Automatic renewal of your subscription at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date
Provide accurate and complete billing information to our payment processor (Stripe)

We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period.

5. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your account will require a paid subscription to continue using the Service. We will not charge you without your explicit consent to subscribe.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service beyond the provided API
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
Use the Service to generate misleading or fraudulent brand analytics

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Linksii and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of any data you provide to the Service, including your brand information and tracking configurations.

9. Data and AI Platform Results

The tracking results provided by the Service are based on queries made to third-party AI platforms. We do not control the responses generated by these platforms and make no guarantees about their accuracy, completeness, or consistency. AI platform responses may change over time as their models are updated. The analytics and scores we provide are derived from these responses and should be used as directional indicators, not definitive measurements.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance, and third-party AI platforms may experience downtime that affects tracking results. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linksii shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it may be deleted.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.
